International, Canadian, and Mexico Customers:
Dolphin Sports knows your special needs for high-quality fishing tackle making equipment. Due to increased shipping costs, we have higher shipping rates for your locations. To keep your costs as low as possible, we have put in place the following guidelines to make ordering your Hilts Molds products as easy and inexpensive as possible:
1) Ordering:
Please browse our web site to make your product selections, or download our catalog for your convenience. Once you have made your choices, email us at info@hiltsmolds.com with your selections, along with your preferred method of payment (either online or via telephone, fax, or mail order). We will get back to you with a complete total for your order, including shipping. If you prefer to order online, an email payment link will be included with your total. You may also fax us your order at (714) 687-9162; we will fax back your completed quote at no charge. If we must call you direct to complete your quote, you will be billed a $5.00 service charge on your order per call from us to you.
2) Shipping rates:
- Canada $30.00 a minimum charge of $30.00
- Alaska and Hawaii 20% of order, with a minimum charge of $10.50
- International orders- quote basis. We will find the best available rate and quote.
3) Shipping Specifics:
- International, Canadian, Hawaiian, and Alaskan orders will be shipped with handles removed to ensure smallest dimensional weight calculations for shipping. Please use proper care when assembling your molds for use.
- International, Canadian, Hawaiian, and Alaskan customers MUST INCLUDE an email address where we can communicate with you to work out the details of your shipment.
- Shipping will be done by the best available method determined by Dolphin Sports; either via USPS International priority flat rate, or other appropriate carrier
- International orders are subject to a 20% handling fee for processing and customs documentation.
- Payment method will be determined at time of order- either credit card or certified bank check. All payments must be made in U.S. funds. We can accept payment online from customers in PayPal approved countries.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders from Hilts Molds Online Store will be processed and shipped to customers from the Continental United States and the listed countries!
